Exterior building documentation using drone-assisted scanning

Important: Tilford Drafting Services provides drafting and documentation services only. Professional engineering, architectural, or surveying services must be provided and sealed by appropriately licensed professionals when required by law.
Tilford Drafting Services may utilize terrestrial laser scanning equipment, including high-precision scanners such as the Leica BLK360, to capture existing building conditions.
Scanning data is used to generate accurate measurements, 3D models, and CAD drawings of existing structures.
These scans are intended for documentation and drafting purposes and do not constitute a certified boundary or topographic survey unless prepared and sealed by a licensed surveyor.
Tilford Drafting Services may utilize unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) for limited project documentation purposes, including:
Exterior building scanning
Photographic documentation
Real estate photography
Construction progress documentation
Visual inspections
Documentation for drafting and modeling support
Drone operations are performed in accordance with applicable FAA regulations, including FAA Part 107 remote pilot requirements when applicable.
Drone data and imagery are used for visual documentation and drafting support purposes only and are not intended to replace professional surveying services.
All drawings, documents, models, scans, photographs, and design materials produced by Tilford Drafting Services remain the intellectual property of Tilford Drafting Services until payment has been received in full.
Website content, including text, graphics, and logos, may not be reproduced without written permission.
Users agree not to misuse the website or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.
Tilford Drafting Services prepares drawings and documentation based on information supplied by clients, consultants, contractors, or publicly available sources.
